Welcome to the newest hostel in Lijiang, Panba Lakeview Lodge. I am Apan, owner of the famous Panba Hostel. Opening a hostel was a dream of mine many years ago. That dream came to life when I opened my very first hostel, Panba Hostel. After the many fun years of running Panba, that dream again has been renewed. I had a vision of a peaceful place where I would wake up in the morning, breathe the freshest air and see mother nature's beauty all around me. I wanted to be more connected with her. The idea led me to a quiet village by the water that overlooked the beautiful Jade Dragon Snow Mountains. I settled on a location that was sublime but the building was in need of a facelift. It was a deconstruction project that would combined postmodern elements and the existing Chinese ones. So we began the project and after 9 long hard months of dedicated work, Lakeview Lodge was born. This is my new home and I invite you to be part of a very rare experience. It's a chance to return back to mother nature and restore your inner peace. I hope to see you soon.
