This is one of my favorite hostels in the world. The location is superb in the heart of this magical medieval city, the facilities are simple but charming in the 400+ year-old building, and the hostel is quiet and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptionally empathetic, as only Romanians can be. I've stayed here several times and always feel like I am cared for by old friends, even though the staff changes over time. I highly recommend making this hostel your headquarters in Transylvania.
