the hostel wasn't bad overall but the bar downstairs was pretty pricey! the breakfast is normally all gone by 8.30am too and the common room and the kitchen are both miniscule!! We had a room over the bar and the music blaredevery night-hard to sleep!! And you could hear the taps turn on and off, must've been near the boiler too!

I thought this hostel was great! They have $6 meals for travellers every night and a free breakfast. The pub downstairs was great Craic, we met loads a great people! Upstairs is basic but for the price you cannot go wrong. 10min. walk from the beach,what more could you want.Will be back!!!

I have stayed afew times now in this hostel and it just keeps getting better. The staff are fantastic and the place as a whole has a great atmosphere. It is old but full of character and kept really clean. I highly recommend it if fun is what you're after.

Its okay for the price but you can do a lot better in St. Kilda.

Great value for money, welcoming staff, a really friendly atmosphere and the $6 meal is a total life saver. Would highly recommend to any backpacker and friends.
