Really too noisy because of a group of american "students".No way to get a peacefull evening and even night...
But the owners and all the employees are really,really lovely:kind, helpfull.

Fantastic staff! Felt extremely welcome and the staff were very helpful. Security was great. Location a little too far out; 15 minute walking distance from the train station. Free internet was a bonus. Originally booked for 2 nights, but ended up staying for 3 - staff were really accommodating!

Fantastic staff. They were caring and super helpful. This place is cool, but a little bit farther from all the sights than we would have liked.

Hands-down the best hostel experience I've ever had. Max was a fantastic host and friend, enthusiastic and proud of both the hostel and the city. His staff were also very friendly and attentive, just adding to my wonderful first time in Florence.
Regardless of the circumstances on how I'll return to Florence, I'd definitely come back to Ostello Gallo D'Oro!
