I'm sure this hostel would be perfect in the summer. Unfortunately (like many hostels I stayed in), the rooms weren't heated well, so bring extra clothes and ask for an extra blanket! Everything else was fine.

Economical and good value hotel, with friendly, caring staff, and good service. Staff were always keen to help where possible. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed my stay there.

We had a fantastic time at Med Cezir. Erol was a great host. The hotel itself was in a great location. 1 minute away from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and the Sultanahmet tram station. The room was generally clean, a bit cold though and the bathroom a bit dated. Clean sheets provided daily. Food was generally ok. Nevertheless, for the price that we paid for and the great hospitality, its definitely worth the money.

actually it was a nice accomodation. the cleaning woman does her best, but the room and the bathroom is full of mould.
I wouldn't go there again!

Nice hotel in historic center (with a roof-terrace view at Aya Sofya). In hotel restaurant are prepared delicious meals for good prices (one of the best we tasted during our stay). Staiyng in this hotel was very pleasant.
