it was extremely hot and we were very uncomfortable with only a fan. People would be willing to pay more for an airconditioner to help make their stay more pleasant.

Laid back, family atmosphere. For serious travelers, rather than party backpackers. Illy even let us camp in the garden when they were full and we arrived early.
