I didn't end up staying here overnight but I did check in. The place was very cold- it was the only unheated hostel I'd visited. Apart from that, it appeared to be a pretty decent place. Probably not the best location if you're only spending a short period of time in Shanghai.

absolutely great hostel! made excellent cooked meals, really friendly.
internet was very very slow, and shower in ensuite room was awful. otherwise, fantastic hostel, excellent value for money.

Great, the staff there are really friendly and helpful. There's great, super-cheap food 1 minute from the door & it's close to the metro.

We went to Suzhou and Hangzhou before coming back to this hostel. They even let us store our luggage at the reception! Great atmosphere, very helpful staff!

Clean rooms, decent bathrooms, friendly staff, great location near the Metro and really home-like atmosphere! Had a great time and would definitely go back!

the hostel is located at 100 m from the aerian subway
a simple key locks the door
the breafast is expensive and not very good
the staff is very kind and efficient
there was a bad smell in the bathroom
