The centrality of the location, close to Termini station and the hospitality of 'Pino' its host, really made an otherwise average BnB into a hotspot for any Rome tourist.

We were unhappy that although we booked 3 bed room- firstly the room was not prepared and secondly despite one of our party not arriving due to personal reasons we were not allowed to cancel his room for the remainding two nights. We request a refund for one bed for two nights.

Independence Square Inn was wonderful. Pino, the proprietor, is an awesome guy who makes your stay as best as he possibly can. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. the location was great, and the service was incredible. I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
