The hostel was a bit of a rustic experience. The setting was lovely, but was a bit of a drive from the town. the toilets did smell (pit toilets), you have to go to the other hostel in town if you want to have a shower and there's no electricity, so no charging ipods, cameras or game boys, but my mum and i enjoyed it regardless.

Great place if you are looking for an out-of-the-way hostel that offers the beauty of the Rocky Mountains at your doorstep!

this hostel is in the middle of nowhere, so you definately need a car to get there. it is very nice and cosy though! we enjoyed our stay very much and would go there again!

YOU GUYS IN HI NEED TO PUT SHOWERS IN THIS HOSTEL COZ IT COSTS WAYYYYYYYYY TOOO MUCH MONEY to drive into and out-of Lake Louise, every time I wanted to have a shower !! I know its a wilderness Hostel, but wilderness or not, doesn't mean I should have to stink to the high hilt just so you guys can make money !!
