susana and alex were a very friendly and personable couple...easy-going and interesting to talk to. the B&B itself is very clean and comfortable. it's close to the bus stop and metro and has a nice view of the ocean. susana's cooking was very delicious and definitely worth trying!!! overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and would do it all over again! thanks to both for all their help!

After an hours trip on the bus from the centre of Valencia, we were rudely greeted. She charged us an extra 20% because we were staying for NY's. However, she had not notified us of this prior to our arrival. She claims to have sent us an email, however I did not receive it. We also noticed that someone had entered our locked room while we were out. The room was clean, however, we could not wait to leave. We would never consider staying there again.

This place is the perfect place to be for enjoying a nice trip to Valencia close to the sea with good homemade food and an extremely friendly and open-hearted couple who is taking great care of their guests. Very nice room (much better than on the photo!), very clean and furnished with style, bath with whirl-pool-function and great view to the sea and sandy beach off the little balcony. Quiet location which connects easily with the city centre by bus. I wouldn't look for more!
