Perfect location if you need to catch an early flight from Rome Airport. Especially as the airport isn't 'sleepover' friendly. We need to get to the airport at 5.30am. The staff were helpful and friendly. The price included pick up from the station and drop off at the airport for early morning flights. Very useful.

This is an nice B&B close to the Rome Airport. If you arrive late or need to be at the airport early, this is a great little place to stay if you don't want to fork out a ton of money for a hotel at the airport proper. The owners were friendly and helpful.

A great location to catch a flight, with a super friendly host.

Very nice stay near airport. We only needed the room to catch a flight out of Rome the next morning. Instructions for free pickup at the airport were easy. Free bottled water and drinks were a nice touch. It was hot and humid when we arrived but the room had a good air conditioner. Don't expect much of a breakfast and you'll enjoy your stay here.

the location is good if you need a place to stay while waiting for your next flight or if you want to be right at the beach (only a i min. walk away). maybe it was because we had to leave at 6.30 in the morning but the breakfast was quite disappointing; a few stale crackers, butter, jam, tea and coffee. i was expecting a big breakfast for the money we had to pay. also, i though that 'BB' meant bed and breakfast, but i guess that would be 'B'N'B'.
