Staff were never around. When other guests were noisy, stoned or otherwise troublesome, there was no one around to tell them to quiet down a bit. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and the floors were often dirty. Toilets were frequently unflushed and the showers were encrusted with mould and filth. One of the toilets had no seat!
